The Grove is in full bloom. New families are moving into beautifully constructed homes, and club members are enjoying the pools, waterslide, social activities, tennis and fitness programs along with dining options and our Smokehouse Pavilion and Garden Cafe.
The Grove’s Manor House –
The Clubhouse is bustling with activity. Roof trusses have been delivered and a crane is onsite to hoist them into place. Walls are going up. Stone is being installed on the rear walls for what will ultimately be the outdoor garden and event lawn. It is exciting to see the centerpiece of the community coming together!
Paving the Way –
Our vision continues to take shape as new roads are paved in Phase 4. This new neighborhood of homesites will provide a broader range of residential offerings with rural character. 13 our of 35 homesites have been reserved already!
Phase 5 is being created as clearing and new road beds are laid for 97 new homesites that will offer fantastic views of the golf course, lakes, creeks and beautiful ridgelines that surround The Grove. 17 homesites are reserved in this phase.
