College Grove, TN — (September 9, 2016)—The Grove, Williamson County’s premier club community, is pleased to announce their partnership with Hatcliff Construction to host the 2016 Southern Living Custom Builder Program Showcase Home.
The Showcase Home is a 6,468 square foot traditional southern home featuring southern charm and simple elegance. The home includes a chef-style kitchen, master suite with barrel vaulted ceilings and a lower level that will be heaven for entertaining— a billiards room, large gathering room, theater, and exercise rooms, bar with kitchenette, laundry, golf cart storage and two bedroom suites. In addition to a generously sized front porch, there are two large gathering porches with fireplaces, which offer a panoramic view of the 11th green of The Grove’s premier course.

Starting October 14th, visitors will be invited to tour The Southern Living Custom Builder Program Showcase Home, at 8495 Heirloom Boulevard in The Grove community. Special seminars, demonstrations, and workshops will also be offered.
Tickets are $10 per person. Admission proceeds benefit Operation Finally Home, a nonprofit organization that works to provide custom-made, mortgage-free homes to wounded and disabled veterans, and The First Tee, an internationally respected youth organization that promotes life skills and leadership through the game of golf.
