Welcome Thomas Lotti! – Executive Chef
Please welcome Thomas Lotti as Executive Chef of The Grove.
Originally from Southern California, Thomas received a Culinary Arts degree from the Art Institute of California in San Diego. After school, he traveled to Miami Beach, FL, Dubai, UAE, Shenzhen, China and Hanoi, Vietnam with prestigious hotels such as Al Qasr Hotel and The Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.
In 2015 Thomas and his wife, Hang, moved back to Oceanside, California where he worked for just over a year before relocating to Desert Mountain to oversee and run Outlaw Clubhouse & Cafe Verde at Sonoran Clubhouse. Having joined The Grove at the end of 2018, Thomas and Hang are very excited to be in Nashville and part of The Grove Family.
