Dear Grove Homeowners,
Due to the recent acquisition of our trash pickup company, it has been brought to our attention that the new company, RR Waste Solutions, has been deciding what the rules are for trash service at The Grove. Contrary to what many of you have been told the rules, except for recycling, have not changed and the service will continue to be twice a week (Monday and Thursday) with back door service.
We will also take over the billing process and make it part of the Homeowners Association fee each month (same price, $25) and they will bill us for the entire amount each month and you will not need to deal with them direct. This also gives us more control on policy and we won’t have numerous other companies scattering trash throughout the neighborhood.
Our previous company was in the process of discontinuing the recycling program and so far, we have not found another company willing to provide this service at less than the $18 per month being offered by RR Waste Solutions. In the event you would like to take advantage of this, it is an option and you will need to deal with them direct on setting up an account for this service.
We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience and certainly appreciate everyone’s input. We had no idea they were making changes or sending out bad information to our residents.
