~ NEW CLASS ALERT! ~
Starting this week we will be hosting a Wednesday, 6:00am Fitness Class for all you early risers. For the month of January we’ll be bringing you a new class every Wednesday.
THE LINEUP:
Cardio Kick – January 9th
TRX Strength – January 16th
POUND/Cardio Dance – January 23rd
Circuit/Bootcamp – January 30th
Each class is 60 minutes and all workouts can be modified. Please inform your instructor if you require modifications. We look forward to having you join us as we strive to keep our Grove community healthy, fit, and strong for life.
