Last Chance for The Grove Guest Gift Card & Member Cart Program

Dear Grove Members,

Time is running out! Please be reminded that you still have through Tuesday, January 31st to purchase The Grove Card Incentive Program & the Annual Member Cart Program. These are both tremendous opportunities for our Members to save money. Whether it’s golf alone or with family or hosting guests for the day, these are great opportunities that can’t be passed up. The details of each program are listed below:

The Grove Card Incentive Program:

  • $1,000 per Grove Card may be billed to the member account in January, 2017.
  • Each Grove Card purchase entitles members to host guests for $100 per guest (this includes cart fees and taxes and may be used at any time during the 2017 golf season). This rate is only applicable when there is a sufficient balance on the Grove Card to cover the charges. Guest rounds must be charged through the Grove Card upon check-in to receive this special rate.
  • Grove Cards may be utilized for merchandise purchases within any department of the Club.
  • The purchase of a Grove Card allows for a 20% sale discount on all merchandise in The Grove Golf Shop!
  • Grove Cards may be reloaded in minimum increments of $500 through October 31, 2017 and in minimum increments of $300 beginning November 1, 2017.
  • Grove Card balances expire December 31, 2017.
The Grove Annual Cart Program Options:
1.  Single (includes unlimited cart fees for one person) – $750 per year
2.  Couples  (includes unlimited cart fees for two people) – $950 per year
3.  Family  (includes unlimited cart fees for family*) – $1100 per year
*Family members are those who are classified as Grove Members through the Membership Plan.
  • The Grove Annual Cart Program must be purchased by January 31, 2017. Only new members joining after January 2017 will be allowed to join the Cart Program on a pro-rated basis.
  • Those members who participated in the Cart Program in 2016 will be carried over into the 2017 program unless we are notified of a desire to change.
