Fitness Corner – TRX/Aqua Fitness

 
~ Class Spotlight: TRX/Aqua Fitness ~
 
This 60 minute class combines TRX and Aqua Fitness for an all over body toning and conditioning workout. The first part of class is held poolside using TRX straps for a strength series. Last half of class will be held in the pool for a low impact, high energy, cardio series using bands, noodles and buoys.
All fitness levels welcome!
~Classes are Mondays at 8:30am~
