Enjoy an evening of Signature dishes at our first Chef’s Table. Executive Chef Thomas Lotti and Sous Chef Josh Hobson will describe each dish tableside, explain its inspiration and give insights into their technique. It’s a reflection of their combined experiences from their schooling, mentors, and travels. The night will be interactive with questions, answers, and stories that will allow each member to feel more connected to the wonderful Culinary team at The Grove.
