2017 at The Grove

2017

As we look back on 2017 at The Grove, we have a lot to be proud of. We welcomed new neighbors, celebrated the release of new neighborhoods and amenities, hosted several golf tournaments and events, and most importantly we had fun doing it! We also continued our tradition of giving back to the community through our community and member events. We are proud to say we donated over $100,000 to community non-profits in 2017!

Before we get any farther into the new year, let’s look at just a little of what made 2017 such an exciting year at The Grove!

Community Events

If you couldn’t tell, our events are a big part of life at The Grove. Whether it’s members gathering to enjoy an evening of live music from local musicians during our Singers and Songwriters Night, the 2017 NCAA Men’s Golf Regional, the holiday Art Walk, or our annual Grover Charity Golf Event and Concert, we take full advantage of our world class amenities all year round, and for much more than just a good time.

Giving Back

We gathered as a community to remember the sacrifice made by Tennessee’s Fallen Military Service Members during the Honor the Fallen 5K, and came together with our community to support the needs of local animal rescue organizations during our RoverWorks event.

2017 also saw our biggest and most star-studded event to date, The Grover Charity Golf Event Concert and Dinner featuring live performances Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson, Steve Cropper, and Lee Brice, as well as performances from songwriters Kelley Lovelace and Neil Thrasher. This event helped raise over $100,000 for nonprofit organizations The First Tee of Middle Tennessee, Agape Animal Rescue, Williamson County Animal Center.

Golf Events

We proudly partnered with Middle Tennessee State University to host the2017 NCAA Men’s Golf Regional, in the first regional to be hosted by MTSU since 1979. We invited ten professional golfers from the Web.com Tour to go toe-to-toe at The Grove during our Future Stars Shootout, and we even got the chance to host aspiring junior golfers as they competed in the Drive, Chip & Putt Sub-Regionals hosted right here at The Grove!

New Releases at The Grove

This fall, we unveiled the newest neighborhood at The Grove, Magnolia Park. This collection of craftsman-style bungalows and Tennessee Farmhouses will be nestled in a forested, park-like setting, and will be home to our newest amenity, The Gathering Place and Bridge Bar. Here members will enjoy swimming, an expansive activity lawn, a casual full-service bar, billiards, and a movement studio that opens up to a private outdoor exercise lawn.

We also introduced the Grand Estates, a collection of our largest homesites to date, which range from 1/2 to over 1 acre featuring wooded, rolling landscapes in private, natural setting.

2017 has been one exciting time and we look forward to an even more exciting and productive year for The Grove in 2018. Check back often to see what we’ve been up to or better yet come see for yourself!
