The Grove’s location, nestled in the rolling hillsides of middle Tennessee, sets the stage for extraordinary natural landscapes and outdoor enjoyment. The 1,100-acre community was thoughtfully designed to feature parks, trails and ponds to allow members plenty of space to explore, relax and embrace the great outdoors. The scenic landscapes, nature preserves, open space, multi-acre horse paddock, racquet sports, and, of course, exceptional golf provide members with countless ways to maintain and enjoy an active, healthy outdoor lifestyle.
Explore the parks at The Grove:
Hole #3 Fishing Pond
Stocked with Bass, Crappie, and Blue Gill, this pond is easily accessible right off Wild Heron Way. Catch and release fishing fun for all ages! Signage indicates shoreline areas that are accessible for fishing to ensure golf play is not impacted.
Angler’s Nest/ Fishing Camp Park
At the end of Shoreline Drive, our Angler’s Nest and Fishing Camp Park overlooks our larger fishing pond that sits alongside hole #14. This pond is stocked with Bass, Crappie and Blue Gill for more catch and release fishing from the dock or shoreline. The Angler’s Nest offers views of the dock, water and covered bridge, with covered picnic tables and open-air seating. Two permanent charcoal grills sit amongst more picnic tables under shade trees, offering plenty of room for friends and family to gather.
Founders Circle Park
Mature shade trees and a meandering creek bed make this park a perfect picnic spot. It is part of the trail system and easily accessible to walk or bike to.
Wildings Park
This park area offers open green space for throwing a ball or discovering the nearby creek bed. It is nestled between the trail system and has views of hole #1.
Sports Park
This park offers more structured fun for kids young and old. A sandpit for digging, swings and a carriage climbing structure offer fun for the little ones. An open field with soccer nets and a cage for batting with bases marked for the younger kids means it is time to bring the ball and bat for a game!
Lynch Park
Just off Lynch Lane, you will find a nice open green space, perfect for your next flag football game. It’s easy to get to, and there is plenty of room to gather!
Overlook Park
At the peak of Sawtooth Lane, you will find our newest park. Steps lead up to a paved landing with seating to relax and enjoy the rolling countryside views. Shade trees and open green space offer another great place for social gatherings.
Other Parks and Open Spaces include Fruit Tree Park, Firepit Park, and a large playground located at The Gathering Place.
