The wait is finally over! It’s time to get your tickets to tour 5 spectacular luxury homes. Walk through the Parade of Homes and you’ll find more inspiration than you know what to do with! From October 12th through the 27th, the 2019 James Hardie Parade Homes will provide access to some of Nashville’s most remarkable custom homes, and the builders and designers who have brought these homes to life. Parade of home builders include: Hatcliff Construction (a Southern Living Showcase Builder), Legend Homes, Luna Custom Homes, Stonegate Homes, and Trace Construction. Each home includes the latest in new home products, design, decor, fixtures and furnishings. These homes have been professionally decorated and styled by award-winning designers from across the country, resulting in an individual style and personality. Tours run 10am – 7pm and the last tickets sell at 6pm
Admission is $15 per person
Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge

MEET THE BUILDERS:
Hatcliff Construction, a Southern Living Showcase Builder. As members of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program, Hatcliff Construction are seasoned professionals, yet first time participants in the parade. They are showcasing a home that is a re-imagination of the historic Grassmere estate, located at the Nashville Zoo. The four-bedroom, three-story home is an example of grand Italianate-style architecture showcasing several features typical of the style and time period of the historic home. The house will be featured in the Spring issue of Southern Living Magazine as well as on SouthernLiving.com.
Legend Homes. Their fifth appearance in the parade, Legend Homes lives up to their name. They say that to be a legend is to achieve a level of greatness that far exceeds the competition. With a mission to provide the highest standards of excellence in home design, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction, we welcome back their expertise for another year!
Luna Custom Homes. First-time participants, Luna Custom Homes pride themselves on crafting the finest homes for more than five decades. As a family owned company, they build as if they were building for their own family and when they say custom, they mean a home unique to the client and their personality. Stonegate Homes. Returning for their second Parade, Stonegate Homes brings over 20 years of experience in every facet of the homebuilding industry.
