
Class Spotlight: TRX/Aqua Fitness
Monday & Wednesday at 8:30am
This 60 minute class combines TRX and Aqua Fitness for an all over body toning and conditioning workout. The first part of class is held poolside using TRX straps for a strength series. Last half of class will be held in the pool for a low impact, high energy, cardio series using bands, noodles and buoys. All fitness levels welcome.
