Pound Fitness Class for Adults

This rocking workout is back at The Grove on Mondays at 8:30am. This fitness jam session utilizes lightly weighted drumsticks (Ripstix) to tone your arms, core, and legs in a profound way. Oh, and it’s a crazy, sweaty fun way to pound calories and stress away! If you can squat, lunge and are craving a FUN total body toning and tightening workout in less than 45 minutes, then this is the workout for you!
