As 2020 is quickly approaching, we are taking time to reflect back on how #Remarkable this year has been for The Grove! We are incredibly grateful to everyone who have contributed to our accomplishments this year and we look forward to another year of incredible success in 2020.

Record-Breaking Sales
Just 4 months into the year, we achieved record-breaking sales making our community one of the most sought-after communities in the Nashville area! As we round out 2019, we can proudly say that we’ve started construction on 63 new homes and completed construction on 30 homes! With new homes being built left and right, our community is growing faster than ever before. 2019 brought 50 new families and 58 new members to The Grove family. With new phases and new neighborhoods on the horizon, we look forward to welcoming more prospects to The Grove’s family in 2020!
Nashville Parade of Homes
October brought more excitement as The Grove hosted the most successful Nashville Parade of Homes to date! Featuring five stunning homes, including a Southern Living Showcase Home, by some of our finest Signature Builders, we opened our gates for three weeks for people from near and far to have a one-of-a-kind experience. With over 13,000 people in attendance, this distinguished event resulted in a $25,000 donation to one of our most beloved local charities, Memories of Honor.
Events
With a lifestyle program fit for every member of the family, The Grove has had no shortage of unforgettable events to make 2019 so memorable! This year’s signature events included Songwriters’ Night, The Spring Home Show, Farm to Fork, The Grover, The Art Walk & Holiday Bazaar and many more. The outstanding success of 2019’s events makes us eager to see whats to come in 2020.
Giving Back
Now is the perfect time of year to acknowledge those who are making a difference in our community. At The Grove, we take great pride in recognizing the local nonprofit organizations who helped to make this year so special. In collaboration with those who attended our events as well as our outstanding sponsors, we are incredibly proud to share that we contributed over $150,000 to support local schools and charities such as Agape, First Tee of Tennessee, Page High School, and Memories of Honor.
Amenities
2019 marked the start of updates to the Golf and Tennis facilities with renovated bunkers and the addition of lights on the double court to improve playing conditions. In addition, construction began on our newest amenity center at the heart of Magnolia Park, The Gathering Place. Expected to open in Summer 2020, this amenity will feature a children’s playground, tennis courts, and a swimming pool with covered gazebos overlooking a beautiful event lawn. The Gathering Place won’t be the only new amenity opening in 2020 as we anticipate the Blue Raider Golf Teaching Facility to be complete by the fall of 2020.
