The Main Street Festival is one of our favorite events of the year. It’s a two-day weekend event on April 25th and 26th attracting 125,000 attendees and generates nearly $3 million in economic impact. The free street festival has long been recognized as a favorite in the Southeast with live entertainment, arts and crafts as well as food from across the world. Here are a few highlights you can look forward to:
- Craft Exhibits: The festival will feature over 200 arts and crafts vendors with original and handcrafted items.
- Fun For Kids: It can’t be a street fair without fun for the kids…and we’ve thought of it all! Kid activities will include inflatables, a petting zoo, train and pony rides, bungee jump, and much more.
- Live Entertainment: Be sure to bring your dancing shoes! There will be a variety of free, live entertainment on two stages. Music genres will include Indie, Country, Rock, Bluegrass and Gospel!
- Beer Tent: A beer tent that will include pub-style entertainment and fun such as karaoke and corn hole.
- Festival Food: No street festival is complete without food! More than 20 vendors will have a variety of delicious food such as Mexican, corn on the cob, fish tacos, burgers and much more.
