Meet our Community Horses

Horses have been an integral part of human history since ancient times—respected, revered, and worshipped. Their strength and majestic beauty evoke feelings of deep admiration, reverence, and awe. Certainly, the sheer size of a horse has something to do with creating such strong emotions, but there is something else. Their graceful movements, gentle nudges, and soulful eyes that seem to look into your very soul are a very powerful combination. In fact, experts say horses can read human facial expressions and remember that person’s emotional state the next time they visit. Their natural sensing abilities create strong human bonds that are rewarding for both horses and humans.

At The Grove, seeing horses in the community is familiar yet magnificent. The 30-acre horse paddock is a member favorite hangout. Get to know these remarkable animals!
