Congratulations to The Grove’s newest Assistant Golf Professional, Drake Duncan, as he recently began the journey of obtaining PGA Membership. The first step in that process is passing a Playing Ability Test. The test requires aspiring professionals to play 36 holes in one day and better a target score of 157 strokes. Drake made 9 birdies and 2 eagles on the day to shoot scores of 70-67 for a 137, 7-under total to pass the test and lap the field. Please stop in the Golf Shop and congratulate Drake on the auspicious start to his new career.
