We’d like to give a very warm welcome to the Heath family. This family of five recently relocated to The Grove, and we sat down with Kim and Eric Heath to find out what makes them happy residents.
Kim and Eric Heath lived in the Franklin, Tennessee area for 8 years before relocating to the Grove. “We moved from a community that was not gated and did not offer the superior level of amenities that the Grove did, that plus the super friendly staff and gorgeous houses made moving here an easy choice,” says Kim Heath.
Once the decision to live at The Grove had been made, there were a few more things to decide on: “We chose the American Farmhouse style home because we absolutely loved the architectural plan,” says Mrs. Heath.
One of the Heath’s favorite parts of life at the Grove has to be the great community environment. “The staff does a great job of reaching out to all of the residents and doing things like organizing pool parties for the kids or wine tastings for the adults” explained Mrs. Heath
As far as things to do, the Heath’s have discovered that the Grove really does have something for everyone. “The kids absolutely love the pool, and they have even taken up tennis! As for me, I would spend everyday at the spa if I could, and I’m sure my husband would live on the golf course if our home wasn’t so perfect.”
When asked what makes their Grove home so perfect, the Heaths were quick to offer up their favorite aspects of their home, “ I am in love with our family room and kitchen” Kim explains, “It overlooks the golf course, and is a great space for the family to gather.”
Mr. Heath undoubtedly loves his theatre room, but the entire family agrees that the patio is perfect for family time, “It has tons of open green space, and the actual patio is very big, so we tend to spend lots of time outdoors as a family”, says Mrs. Heath
