Have you heard?! Our hometown of Franklin, Tennessee has been named by O Magazine as 1 of the 19 most magical Christmas towns in the world!

Tis’ the season for parades, twinkle lights, cookies, and holiday cheer—and what better way to get into the holiday spirit than with a full line-up of festive events from our hometown, Franklin. Here’s a list of upcoming events that the whole family will enjoy!

FRANKTOWN FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
November 22nd – December 28th

Franktown Open Hearts will once again host Franktown Festival of Lights, with over a mile-long Christmas-spirited experience that features thousands of sparkling holiday lights. The show will go on nightly from 6 to 10PM up until December 28th at The Williamson County Ag Center. Click here for more information.

HOLIDAY SPIRITS COCKTAIL FESTIVAL
December 6th

Stroll through The Factory at Franklin while sipping festive cocktails, listening to music and waving to the big man in red himself! Tickets include 12 Sample sized cocktails, photos with Santa, yuletide music and many more activities that are sure to get you into the holiday spirit! Food and full sized drinks will be available for purchase as well. This event supports TennGreen, so every sip gets you closer to the nice list! More details here.

LEIPER’S FORK CHRISTMAS PARADE
December 14th

Enjoy a good ole fashioned country Christmas parade in the heart of Leiper’s Fork. Hailed as “almost famous”, see cows, goats, pigs, antique tractors, floats and more in this wacky but wonderful event! Find out more here.

DICKENS OF A CHRISTMAS
December 14th – 15th

Nearly 100,000 people travel to Franklin, Tennessee each year for our very own its Dickens of a Christmas. As the largest Christmas festival in Middle Tennessee, it features over 200 musicians, dancers, and characters from Charles Dickens stories such as Ebenezer Scrooge, Tiny Tim and more! JACK DANIEL’S MUSIC CITY MIDNIGHT: NEW YEAR’S EVE IN NASHVILLE
December 31st

Finish out the year in style and ring in the New Year in Nashville with a free concert featuring performances from Keith Urban, Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, The Struts, Amanda Shires, Bren Joy, Kalie Shorr, the Fisk Jubilee Singers, and DJ Dave Audé. The annual celebration takes place at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, with vendors and exhibits open throughout the day.
